Borealis is a vivid blend of unearthly colours that are reminiscent of the Northern Lights. This blend contains both opaque and transparent glasses, and contains a colour that can boil easily. Work cool or encase for best results.
An example of a sculptural piece where the glass has boiled and pitted has been uploaded to show what can happen – the result is not unattractive, but has a fairly rustic feel to it 🙂
FrittyBits™ are made entirely from 104 COE glass, so you can use as much as you like in your glass designs, provided the glass you are designing with is also 104 COE.

The frit will be shipped to you in a small, sturdy plastic zippy bag.
